AutoGen Automation Training in London, United Kingdom

This course introduces participants to AutoGen, an advanced framework for building multi-agent conversational applications. The focus is on using AutoGen for automating workflows, coordinating multiple AI agents, and integrating them into business or technical processes. The course combines theoretical foundations with hands-on practice in automation and agent design.

Foundations of AutoGen and Agent Setup

Introduction to AutoGen Framework

• What is AutoGen and how it differs from AutoGPT
• Use cases for multi-agent coordination and automation
• Real-world applications (code writing, document generation, task solving)

Environment Setup

• Installing AutoGen and dependencies
• Overview of core components: Agents, GroupChat, Tools
• Configuration settings and sample projects
• Understanding LLM settings, memory, and tools

Building Your First Agent Workflow

• Creating a user proxy and assistant agent
• Setting roles, goals, and conversational structure
• Running a basic task (e.g., “Research + summarize + create action list”)
• Analyzing how agents interact and share context

Workflow Automation and Multi-Agent Coordination

Designing Multi-Agent Automation Flows

• When to use multiple agents vs. single agent
• Setting up role-specific agents (e.g., writer, analyst, editor)
• Using GroupChat for coordination and conflict resolution
• Assigning and chaining tasks across agents

Integrating Tools and APIs

• Using built-in tools: web browsing, file writing, calculator
• Creating custom tools for specific automation needs
• Calling external APIs via AutoGen agents
• Example: Fetch data + analyze + generate report

Building Real Automation Scenarios

• Business automation (content workflows, reporting, email drafting)
• Technical automation (code review, documentation, bug reports)
• Customer support use cases
• Managing loops, errors, and response verification
