This ANSYS Workbench training introduces participants to the fundamentals of engineering simulation using FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Learners will explore the Workbench environment, understand core simulation concepts, and perform hands-on exercises using ANSYS Student Edition or free alternatives like CalculiX/FreeCAD.

• Creating simple geometries in DesignModeler / SpaceClaim
• Importing CAD models (STEP, IGES)

• Understanding material properties: Young’s modulus, density, Poisson’s ratio
