Design Thinking training introduces participants to a user-centered approach to problem-solving, focusing on empathy, ideation, and iterative prototyping. The course covers the five key stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, providing a structured framework for innovation. Participants learn how to identify user needs, define problems clearly, brainstorm creative solutions, and prototype effectively to validate ideas. Hands-on exercises help attendees develop practical skills in conducting user research, creating prototypes, and testing them in real-world scenarios. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped to apply Design Thinking to solve complex problems, create innovative products, and enhance user experiences.

No prior experience required.
Basic understanding of problem-solving and innovation processes can be helpful.

Upon completion of this course, participants will:

Understand the Design Thinking process and its key stages.
Be able to apply Design Thinking principles to solve complex problems.
Develop skills in empathizing with users, defining problems, ideating solutions, prototyping, and testing.
Learn how to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams to generate creative solutions.
Gain practical experience through real-world case studies and hands-on activities.

Empathy: Understanding and identifying user needs through empathy exercises.
Problem Definition: Ability to define and reframe problems based on user insights.
Ideation: Skill in generating a wide range of creative ideas and potential solutions.
