Object-Oriented Design (OOD) training focuses on teaching participants the principles and concepts behind designing software using object-oriented techniques. The course covers key topics such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction, which form the foundation of OOD. Participants learn how to model real-world systems using classes and objects, design flexible and maintainable software, and apply SOLID principles to ensure high-quality code. Hands-on exercises focus on creating class diagrams, identifying relationships between objects, and refactoring designs for better scalability and performance. By the end of the training, attendees will be proficient in applying object-oriented design principles to solve complex software challenges and create well-structured applications.

Basic understanding of programming concepts.
Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#).
Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms.

By the end of this training, participants will:

Understand the key principles and concepts of object-oriented design (OOD).
Be able to design systems using object-oriented design principles.
Learn how to implement design patterns to solve common software engineering problems.
Develop skills in creating modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
Understand and apply design principles like SOLID to produce high-quality software designs.

Object-Oriented Design Concepts: Understanding of the core OOD principles like encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction.
Design Patterns: Ability to implement common design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, Observer, and Strategy.
Modular Design: Skills in creating modular, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.
SOLID Principles: Applying SOLID principles to improve the quality and maintainability of software designs.
UML (Unified Modeling Language): Creating UML diagrams to represent object models and system architecture.

Participants will be assessed on:

Object-Oriented Concepts: Understanding of the key principles of OOD and their application.
Design Patterns: Ability to implement and identify suitable design patterns for given use cases.
Code Modularity: Designing systems with a focus on modularity and reusability.
UML Modeling: Ability to create UML diagrams to model object relationships and system design.

Certificate of Completion: Participants who attend all sessions and successfully complete the course assessments will receive a ProgNXTCertificate of Completion for Object-Oriented Design Training.
